Judy Benedict, Principal Partner, formed Giraffe Web Development and Design in 1999 after completing several MIS-related projects for hundreds of companies such as Intel, the United Nations, AT&T, Hallmark, Buckley Air Force Base, Atlanta-Hartsfield and Dulles and National Airports, First National Bank of Chicago, and Greenville Hospital System.

She graduated from Clemson with a B.S. in Administrative Management and from the University of Georgia with an MBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Real Estate. After graduating from college, Judy worked in the field of real estate finance for 10 years before making a career move into MIS. Starting out as a Project Engineer, Judy was promoted into the position of V.P. of Operations for for a local high-technology firm, managing the art, lab, project engineering, shipping and receiving, customer service and project management departments.

After taking art lessons her entire life and combining this with her extensive and varied hardware and software background and management experience, web design and development became the perfect avenue in which to channel her skills.

Judy also holds a Real Estate Broker's license, completed a Certificate in Web Technologies from the International Webmasters Association, is a graduate of Leadership Greenville, and is a certified aerobics instructor through the American Council on Exercise. She is a past board member of of ECPI College of Technology Advisory Board, the Greenville County Historic Preservation Commission, the United Methodist Women of Buncombe Street UMC, the Kappa Delta Alumnae Association of Greenville, Stone Lake Community Club, A Child's Haven, and is currently on the board of Lapsits for Early Literacy and is the founder and editor of The Hampton-Pinckney Gazette. In addition to her nonprofit involvement, she is a world-champion powerlifter through the World Natural Powerlifting Federation.

Jane Silverman, Freelance graphic designer and concept developer, first started working with a home-made computer connected to her TV and programmed in machine language. She subsequently acquired a TRS-80 with a cassette and graduated onto XT's, 486's and Pentiums. In the early 90's, Jane started designing web sites using the program HIPPY, using 3D Studio, Animator Pro, and early versions of Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop. Over the years she has designed graphics for gaming. She has been happily coding and designing since, specializing in graphic design and Macromedia FLASH.
